Apartments

The apartments are in one of the most exclusive gated community in Antigua and will be available in November 2009.   In the near future, we wil have more photos of them, on this page.   They are 2 levels, and have 2 bedrooms, each with a large closet and bathroom.   The upstairs bedroom has a fireplace and seperate setting area overlooking the 2 story living room.   There is also a seperate half bath downstairs for your guest.   You have a small interior garden, with a fountain.   You have a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and 2 story living room with a huge window looking onto the patio and garden.   

From the 2nd story, you have a door leading to a your private terrace, that has spectacular views.   It is fully furnished, including all the kitchen appliances.   

Within the gated community, you have access to the beautiful gardens and park like sitting areas.

These apartments are centered around a beautiful central garden and grand fountain.   Each has its own separate terrace overlooking the garden.   Maid service is offerred once weekly.   All this is just a 13 minute walk or a Q10 tuk-tuk ride to the central park. 

 Houses

The houses are in the same gated community.   They are just larger, have their own interior garden, fountain and garage.  These will be available in Jan 2010.   Maid service is offerred once weekly. 

They have 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, 1 car garage, service area, 2nd story balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and fountain.  All these have a 3rd level terrace that has gorgeous 360 degree views. 

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the master bath has a very large jacuzzi tub.

Because of the climate, you can also enjoy the indoor and outdoor areas, year around.

All bedrooms are large with lots of light and beautiful views.   The master bedroom has its own bathroom.   The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.    

From the 2nd story balcony, you have beautiful views of the large living room area below.  In all areas, there are very nice details.

The living room is very spacious.   From here, you can watch cable TV or relax while having great views.

There is an upstairs sitting area, outside the bedrooms.

There are 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath.   All are very spacious and have lots of light.
