Apartment

This apartment is in the most exclusive gated community in Antigua and will be available in Jan 2009.    It has 2 bedrooms, each with a large walk-in closet and bathroom.    The upstairs bedroom has a fireplace and seperate setting area overlooking the 2 story living room.    There is also a seperate half bath downstairs for your guest.    You have a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and 2 story living room with a huge window looking onto the patio and garden.   

From the 2nd story, you have a door leading to the grand terrace that has several gardens and sitting areas with spectacular views.    It is fully furnished, including all the kitchen appliances.   

Within the gated community, you have access to the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts and sauna.  

This apartment is attached to a very large Antigua style house, but you have your own entrance and your own monitor / doorbell.    Maid service is offerred once weekly.    All this is just a 13 minute walk or a Q10 tuk-tuk ride to the central park. 

Beach House

The beach house is located in Ixtapa, between Monterrico and San Jose, in an exclusive gated community, and will be available in Jan 2009.    This is on the Pacific Ocean about 1 hour south of Antigua.    You have direct beach access to the private beach of the gated community.    It is fully furnished and sleeps up to 12 people.    Maid service is offerred twice weekly. 

It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, 2 car garage, service area, 2nd story balcony, swimming pool, jacuzzi, beautiful gardens and a very large rancho outdoor setting area with its own bathroom and outdoor kitchen. 

In the rancho area, there are tables, chairs and a hammock for relaxing.    Also, there is an outdoor kitchen area and a bathroom. 

The large jucuzzi water falls into the swimming pool below.

Because of the climate, you can also enjoy the pool area at night time.

All bedrooms are large with lots of light and beautiful views.    The master also has a door going to the 2nd story balcony.    The master bedroom has its own bathroom.    The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.    Each bedroom has air conditioning and a closet area.

From the 2nd story balcony, you have beautiful views of the rear garden and pool area.

The living room is very spacious.    From here, you can watch cable TV or relax while having great views of the pool area.

There is an upstairs sitting area, outside the bedrooms, with a door leading to the 2nd story balcony.

The are 4 full bathrooms.    All are very spacious and have lots of light.

There are several of pool chairs and loungers for relaxing around the pool.
